November 26 (Diary) Slacking off is a must

Cloudy

There are people around me who move around all day long like a tuna that needs to swim or it will die. And then suddenly, like a dead battery, they collapse in exhaustion.

Then, in bed, he looks up to the heavens and says, “Why am I so tired? I wonder why I am so tired.

From the outside, it seems as if he has no idea how tired he is, but it seems that he is unable to grasp how tired he is. Furthermore, he cannot hear the voice of his physical ailments very well. He can’t even recognize a cold as a cold unless it has clear symptoms.
What is the beginning of a cold? What is the beginning of a cold?

He must be physically healthy by nature. And they are serious. The word “slacking off” is not in their dictionary. And they have usually received a prize for perfect attendance during their school days.

Of course, they are hard workers, but sometimes I feel that they are in danger. The word “sabotage” comes from the French word “sabotage,” which is, of course, a vice. If you get caught, you will be fired from your job at your company or lose your credits at school.

Watching the soccer World Cup, there are players who keep moving all the time, but there are also players who seem to be slacking off usually, but when the moment is right, they move and score a goal. The same seems to be true in the world of ants. There are a certain number of ants that are slacking off, but when the time comes, they move.
In manga and anime, such characters are surprisingly popular. A quick reminder is Ryosuke from “Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Mae Hashutsujo” (Here I come, Katsushika-ku Kameari Mae Hashutsujo).

And in soccer, hard-working players are quickly replaced by reserves when they are exhausted. The “danger” I mentioned earlier is fine in the world of soccer, but it has a different meaning in the context of a company organization.

In fact, “slacking off” is an advanced skill. No one teaches it to you, even in the company. You can only learn it by watching and learning. And failure is not allowed. It is much easier to be honest and sell earnestness.

In this country, which has given birth to the term “death from overwork,” I think it would be a good idea to focus more on the aspect of “slacking off well,” instead of focusing solely on individual efficiency and improvement. I think we have had enough of information on efficiency.

There should be such a business book (or maybe there already is). It might even make for a stronger organization. I was thinking about this when I was watching the Latin teams in soccer.

Which one are you? If I were asked which I am, of course I would say the one who “slacks off. I am the one who doesn’t move when the time is right.
You are useless. That’s right.

I can feel winter coming on for the first time.

I write poetry and novels that can be read by young children. Literature is the strongest.
