October 1 (Diary) Suddenly, I Become an Apprentice of Kitaro Nishida

fine weather
In the evening, I take a pleasant walk along the riverside in my neighborhood.

Following the lead of Akiko Ikeda, I bought a collection of Kitaro Nishida’s writings.
I read “A Study of Goodness” after all this time.
I wish I had read it earlier. I regretted it so much.
The fusion of Eastern philosophy (Zen) and Western philosophy.
Suddenly, I decided to become a disciple. I wonder how many spiritual masters I will have now.
Maybe there will be more in the future.

For the time being, I decided to master the “absolute contradictory self-identity theory” that he advocated (even if just at a pseudo-level) and try to advance that theory in my own way.
And if I could make it into a story as a novelist, or even better, into a story for little children, I would be able to do so. That day, I was burning with ambition.

Yes, let’s make the riverside in my neighborhood a second path of philosophy.

Walking in the evening feeling the loneliness of autumn
