Sunny, sometimes cloudy, and thunder
Lightning is scary no matter how old you are.
The image of being scorched by a lightning strike comes to mind.
In reality, how many people die each year from lightning strikes?
If lightning strikes when I am walking normally, not in the middle of a square where it looks like it might strike, I have no way of knowing whether it is fate, bad luck, or divine punishment.
If it was divine punishment, it would be too scary.
When you work in an organization, you will be evaluated better if you grit your teeth and do your best when the situation is bad. People are watching.
Think of the more unfortunate and difficult times as opportunities.
However, you should never work too hard.
In another sense, it invites damnation.
