March 6 (Diary) Care of Consciousness

fine weather
I am happy that spring has arrived, but my mood is somewhat downcast.
It gets worse with each passing year. When I tell this to someone close to me, they say
I told this to someone close to me, and he said, “It’s better not to think about difficult things in spring. That’s right. Negative thoughts only lead to more negative thoughts, and eventually you may even think that the world is made up of negative thoughts.

However, I am an adult who has not aged well. I force myself to break the chain. I try not to think about it.
But in fact, that is a very difficult thing to do, and requires a certain technique, like Zen or meditation.

By playing with dumb techniques, we consciously erase one thought after another as they come to us. It is a completely contradictory act, but it is the only way for a human being to do it. Even so, it somehow makes me feel better.

As someone, perhaps Plato, once said, “To live is to take care of the soul” (the key is not to put “one’s” in front of “soul”), I have recently come to believe that “taking care of consciousness” is what it means to live.

So, what really is one’s consciousness?

It’s spring.

It’s spring, and instead of floating away, I’m sinking.

I write poetry and novels that can be read by young children. Literature is the strongest.
